Debbie Wilson

I joined CCA in September 2015 from Search Consultancy – one of the largest providers of Contact Centre recruitment in Scotland and the north of England. I came from an operational background in Call & Contact Centres spending 7 years with Norwich Union Group as a Team Manager, leaving there to join Three mobile where I led teams and operations during the contact centre set up and launch of the network.

I have worked in recruitment for over 12 years and have managed large teams of up to 20 recruiters within the Call & Contact Centre Division as well as Healthcare and Industrial. I have been responsible for the delivery across key accounts such as Nationwide, Sykes, Barclays, RBS, Response, Webhelp to name but a few. I joined CCA with a wealth of experience managing volume accounts, senior hiring as well as project based recruitment.

The experience that I bring to CCA in growing recruitment teams and contact centre recruitment across all levels allows us to focus on building market share and capability in a market that is has significant room for competition and expansion for specialist recruiters.

I manage Operational Delivery in CCA to ensure that quality of service is being provided to both candidates and clients whilst enhancing our profile and presence across the UK.

Outside of work I spend most of my time with family and friends whilst battling the challenges of a teenage daughter and 10-year-old son who provide me with an active lifestyle which I wouldn’t have any other way.

Barrie Brown

I have been in recruitment for 10 years and with CCA for 4 of those years.  My background is Senior Management recruitment with a primary focus on the telecommunications and technology sector having worked closely with clients such as Sky, BT, Samsung and Panasonic.

In CCA I run our client facing activity across Financial Services, Telecoms & Technology, Travel & Leisure, Retail and Utilities & not for Profit.  I work closely with our clients to provide solutions for them primarily focussed around Talent Attraction, Employer Brand & Employer Value Proposition, Candidate Experience and Recruitment Process Optimisation.  I still deliver Executive Recruitment assignments for key clients.

Outside of work I play a lot of golf – more than my wife would like and love travelling having had some amazing adventures to the far east and Africa in the past couple of years with South America being on the agenda for 2016!

Jo Griffiths

After 10 Years working within Sales at National Westminster Bank – I took the bold move into headhunting/recruitment. 15 Years later I am still here.

Initially I focused with the Call Centre Technology sector, and this led me into the Outsourcing Call Centre sector (BPO) – and 13 Years later this is where my main focus is.

In 2016 my Company (Contact Recruit) was acquired by CCA Recruitment Group. I bring with me my knowledge and network across the BPO space, to bolt onto CCA existing success across the Contact Centre Industry. . I have clients today who gave me my first assignment in this sector 13 years ago! I have delivered in a variety of disciplines: Sales, Operations, Client Services, Business Development, Solutions and Transformation , BID, Programme Management – specializing at mid-Management to Senior Director level.

As most know who have worked with me (as colleague, client or candidate) I also bring a sarcastic sense of humour and am heavily supported by my husband and 3 children in my personal life.

Candidate and Client relationships are key to having grown within this sector …and one quote always keeps me going “the harder you work, the luckier you get”

Danny Caines

I joined CCA in August 2016 from Sky UK Ltd, one of the most successful broadcast companies in Europe. I came from an in-house IT Recruitment background where I built up recruitment teams delivering proactive technology recruitment for large corporates.

I have 17 years recruitment experience starting in agency before moving in-house. I have been a hands on Recruiter as well as a senior manager who has built and optimised recruitment functions for organisations such as AEGON, JP Morgan and Sky.  My main focus in the last 10 years has been in technology and digital recruitment.

The experience that I bring to CCA in growing recruitment teams and technology/digital recruitment across all levels allows us to focus on building market share and capability in a market that has significant room for competition and expansion for specialist recruiters. Having come directly from in-house recruitment I have a good understanding of pressures faced by businesses when trying to seek out high calibre technology talent.

I manage Technology & Digital Recruitment in CCA to ensure that quality of service is being provided to both candidates and clients whilst enhancing our profile and presence across the UK.

Outside of work I am married with 3 great children. I am a PT Officer in the cadet forces who loves keeping fit as well as helping others getting fit.  A hard balancing act with a social life!
