I joined CCA in September 2015 from Search Consultancy – one of the largest providers of Contact Centre recruitment in Scotland and the north of England. I came from an operational background in Call & Contact Centres spending 7 years with Norwich Union Group as a Team Manager, leaving there to join Three mobile where I led teams and operations during the contact centre set up and launch of the network.
I have worked in recruitment for over 12 years and have managed large teams of up to 20 recruiters within the Call & Contact Centre Division as well as Healthcare and Industrial. I have been responsible for the delivery across key accounts such as Nationwide, Sykes, Barclays, RBS, Response, Webhelp to name but a few. I joined CCA with a wealth of experience managing volume accounts, senior hiring as well as project based recruitment.
The experience that I bring to CCA in growing recruitment teams and contact centre recruitment across all levels allows us to focus on building market share and capability in a market that is has significant room for competition and expansion for specialist recruiters.
I manage Operational Delivery in CCA to ensure that quality of service is being provided to both candidates and clients whilst enhancing our profile and presence across the UK.
Outside of work I spend most of my time with family and friends whilst battling the challenges of a teenage daughter and 10-year-old son who provide me with an active lifestyle which I wouldn’t have any other way.
