Our client is a household utilities business with a well-known brand I the market and looking to bring on board an experienced Customer Journey Manager to join their Customer experience team.
Joining a small but growing team who have developed over the last 2 years to be a pivotal part of the business who look after improvements within the customer journey, you will be experienced in delivering support to key stakeholders and advising on improvements across the business.
You will need to have a strong Customer experience and Customer Mapping background with a clear focus on driving the customer satisfaction across the Customer Journey.

You will be accountable for delivery of solutions, working with the solutions owners to test and validate the ideas with customers to ensure they are fit for people whilst commercially viable.
