CCA are delighted to be working alongside an award-winning UK retailer with multiple offices around the UK. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit a number of learning and development coaches at their offices in Manchester.
You would be working as a key part of the Customer Service Team, the development coach will have a high level of expertise in systems, product and communication.
They will have the ability to understand individuals learning needs and enhance both their knowledge and performance.
Experience gained in working with individuals in a one to one basis and providing both verbal and written feedback, while enhancing quality scores, and working with the wider Customer Service Team.
